Hear 16-year-old singing phenomenon Justin Bieber and you can realize he’s years in advance of other pop vocalists his age.

Justin’s first release, My World, went platinum and gave him the highest debut by a new artist. Justin was also the 1st artist to chart 7 songs from a debut on Billboard’s hot hundred! It’s tough to imagine Justin Bieber without his legion of hollering fans, but Justin had a humble start.

After posting many home made videos on YouTube in 2007, putting his unique spin on songs from artists like Usher, Ne-Yo and Stevie Wonder, Justin notched up over 10,000,000 perspectives on his very own. But the Canadian local who grew up an only kid claims he kind of started singing by accident when he entered a singing competition called Stratford Idol. The other competitors had been taking singing lessons and had vocal coaches while he was just singing round the house. He was only twelve and he won 2nd place. That is when Justin started posting footage on the internet. He put videos of himself singing on YouTube, principally to share with pals and family. But as it seemed, people were watching those videos and started subscribing to them. One of those folks would ultimately become Justin’s executive. Just 7 months after Justin started posting his videos online, So So Def flew the 13-year-old to Atlanta to rendezvous with the label’s staff including Usher. Besides impressing them with his singing, Justin displayed his other musical abilities, which include playing the drums, guitar, piano and trumpet. All it took was a short while online for Usher to realise Justin was a future megastar, and he flew the young singer back to Atlanta straight away. While there Justin also had a meeting with Justin Timberlake, who also needed to sign him. It seemed Usher’s deal was better and, in October 2008, he officially signed to Island Records. Justin’s first album My World is a look into the mind of a flowering young vocalist. His first single One Time is about one of Justin’s fave subjects : pup love. And on another track called Down to Earth he digs deep to discuss growing up. Justin announces he would like to persuade others in a good way with the message you can do anything if you simply put your mind to it. Justin, who grew up below the misery line, claims not having as many things as his mates at college made him stronger as a person and built his personality.

Besides singing, he is saying his goals are going to go to university and become a more developed person.
